Auras

What Are Auras?

Auras are cosmetic upgrade items that display a visual effect around your character. They are available as game pass purchases with Robux.

Available Auras

There are four auras in the game:

AuraHow to Obtain
GlowGame pass (Robux)
WindGame pass (Robux)
WaterGame pass (Robux)
FireGame pass (Robux)

Bonus Values

The exact bonus values provided by each aura are unconfirmed in current community sources. While auras are listed as upgrade cosmetics (suggesting they provide some gameplay benefit beyond visuals), the precise stat increases are not yet documented.

Notes

  • All four auras are purchased individually as separate game passes.
  • Auras are distinct from Trails — both provide visual effects, but auras surround the character rather than trailing behind them.

Currencies and Wins

Currencies at a Glance

The game uses three distinct numeric values that drive its progression:

NameCategoryHow GainedHow Lost
SpeedPrimary statStepping on keyboard keysReset to level one on Rebirth
WinsCurrencyCompleting stages, reaching checkpointsSpent on upgrades and cosmetics
MultiplierPermanent bonusEarned via RebirthsNever lost — stacks permanently

Wins

Wins are the spendable currency in +1 Speed Keyboard Escape. You earn them by:

  • Completing stages — reaching the Win pad at the end of a stage
  • Reaching checkpoints — progression milestones within stages also contribute

What Wins Buy

Wins can be spent on two categories of purchases:

  1. Step Bonuses — Increases the amount of Speed gained per movement input beyond the base +1. This is an upgrade to your fundamental speed-farming efficiency and affects every step you take from that point forward.

  2. Checkpoint Teleports — Allows you to teleport directly to a stage checkpoint instead of running the entire route from spawn. This is a convenience purchase that saves time when retrying difficult stages.

Spending Priority

Guides recommend spending Wins on Step Bonuses before Checkpoint Teleports. Step Bonuses improve your speed gain permanently and pay off continuously, while teleports are a convenience that becomes less necessary as your speed grows and stages become easier to traverse.

Speed

Speed is not a spendable currency — it is a stat. It cannot be transferred and resets completely on Rebirth. Its only function is to gate stage access via the Level system and to determine how fast you physically move through obstacle sections.

Multiplier

The Multiplier is a passive, permanent bonus accumulated through Rebirths. It is not spent — it simply applies automatically to every step taken, increasing the Speed gained per movement. A higher Multiplier means each walk across the map generates far more Speed than it would at Multiplier 1.

Events

Admin Abuse Event

The Admin Abuse event is a recurring weekly event run by SecretVerse Studio.

  • Schedule: Every Saturday night
  • Effects during the event:
    • The server's highest multiplier is increased
    • All Wins acquisition is doubled

The Wins doubling makes Saturday nights the best time to grind stages for Wins, especially before spending them on Step Bonuses or Checkpoint Teleports.

Upcoming Admin Abuse Event

A special ADMIN ABUSE + BALANCING event is scheduled to begin on July 4, 2026. This event may include balance changes alongside the standard Admin Abuse bonuses.

World 3 Event

A World 3 release event took place on June 27–28, 2026. This event introduced or celebrated the World 3 content update. The event has since concluded.

Game Overview — W3🌀| +1 Speed Keyboard Escape | Candy & Chocolate

What Is This Game?

+1 Speed Keyboard Escape is an incremental simulator and parkour game on Roblox developed by SecretVerse Studio. The entire world is built from giant keyboard keys themed as candy and chocolate — gummy bears, chocolate bars, candy cane platforms, and more. The game features ASMR-focused audio with satisfying keyboard click sounds as players move across keys.

Core Concept

Every single step you take adds +1 to your speed stat. That accumulated speed directly determines how fast your character moves through the obstacle stages that separate each progression milestone. The game loop is:

  1. Walk across keyboard keys to build speed
  2. Use that speed to blast through obstacle stages
  3. Reach the Win pad at the end of each stage to earn Wins
  4. Spend Wins, rebirth for permanent multipliers, and repeat

Scale of Progression

Players begin jogging slowly at low speed values, reach a sprinting pace around 1,000 speed, and eventually fly through obstacles at 10,000+ speed with stacked multipliers. The gap between a new player and a rebirthed player with game passes is enormous.

Game Passes and Monetization

Overview

+1 Speed Keyboard Escape offers several Robux-based purchases. Their value varies significantly — some provide permanent compounding benefits, while others are temporary and reset on Rebirth.

Game Passes

Speed Multiplier Passes

Multiple game passes grant a permanent Speed Multiplier that stacks with your Rebirth Multiplier:

PassMultiplier
Speed Multiplier (entry tier)3x
Speed Multiplier4x
Speed Multiplier8x
Speed Multiplier (highest tier)Up to 512x

These multipliers apply to every step taken and compound with the Rebirth Multiplier, meaning their value scales up the more you rebirth. Stacking multiple passes amplifies this effect further.

ADMIN Treadmill

Grants access to the ADMIN Treadmill, the fastest passive (AFK) speed farming station in the game. This pass is ideal for players who want to accumulate speed while idle. See the Treadmills guide for full details.

Aura Passes (Glow, Wind, Water, Fire)

Four individual game passes that unlock cosmetic auras with unconfirmed bonus values. See the Auras guide for details.

Robux Purchases (Non-Pass)

Infinity Trails

High-tier trails purchased with Robux that include a 5 million speed boost multiplier persisting through rebirths. This is one of the most impactful single purchases available due to the large permanent multiplier. See the Trails guide for full details.

Raw Speed Purchases

Robux can be spent to buy a direct Speed boost. However, raw Speed is erased completely upon every Rebirth. Because rebirths are the core progression loop, raw Speed purchases are considered the least efficient use of Robux and are not recommended by community guides.

Rebirths and Multipliers

What Is a Rebirth?

A Rebirth resets your Speed back to level one in exchange for a permanent Multiplier bonus. Once you reach a specific speed threshold, the Rebirth option becomes available. Taking it starts your speed climb over again — but this time, every step gains more speed than before because the Multiplier is now higher.

Why Rebirth?

The Multiplier gained from rebirths stacks permanently across all future runs. Each subsequent Rebirth adds another layer of Multiplier on top of all previous ones, meaning the speed you lost by resetting is recovered faster and faster with each cycle. Over many rebirths, what used to take hours of active play takes minutes.

When to Rebirth

Guides consistently recommend one rule: rebirth immediately upon qualifying. Do not delay. Every moment spent grinding speed beyond the Rebirth threshold — without actually taking the Rebirth — is wasted time that a higher Multiplier could have made trivial.

Multiplier Stacking

The Rebirth Multiplier stacks with:

  • Other rebirths — each Rebirth adds more Multiplier
  • Game pass Multipliers (3x, 4x, 8x, up to 512x) — purchased multipliers multiply the base speed gain per step and compound with the Rebirth Multiplier
  • Infinity Trail multipliers — certain high-tier trails carry a 5 million speed boost multiplier that also persists through rebirths

This stacking is the primary reason why game pass Multipliers and Infinity Trails are considered the most efficient ways to spend Robux — their effects compound with every rebirth.

Raw Speed Purchases

Robux can be spent to buy raw Speed directly. However, raw Speed purchases are erased upon every Rebirth. Because rebirthing is the core progression loop, raw Speed is considered the least efficient Robux purchase. Permanent Multiplier sources (game passes, Infinity Trails) are strongly preferred.

Summary

Rebirth MultiplierYes — stacks permanently
Game pass MultipliersYes — always active
Infinity Trail multiplier (5M boost)Yes — persists
Raw Speed purchasesNo — erased on Rebirth

Speed System and Levels

How Speed Works

Every movement input — every step taken on a keyboard key — adds +1 to your speed stat. This is the foundational mechanic of the entire game. Speed is not a currency you collect; it is a stat that grows as you physically move around the map.

Speed directly controls how fast your character travels. A player with 100 speed moves noticeably slower than a player with 10,000 speed. This difference becomes critical when navigating obstacle stages, where faster movement can mean the difference between clearing a section cleanly and falling.

Speed Progression Arc

Speed RangeFelt Movement
Low (0–100)Jogging pace
Mid (~1,000)Sprinting
High (10,000+)Flying through obstacles

Levels

Speed milestones unlock Levels. Your Level is the game's way of communicating readiness for specific stages and worlds. Each stage has a recommended Level requirement. These requirements are accurate and should not be ignored — attempting a stage well below its recommended Level makes the obstacles extremely difficult to clear at your movement speed.

Speed Resets on Rebirth

Speed is not permanent. When you perform a Rebirth, your speed resets to level one. What you keep is your Multiplier, which ensures you climb back to high speed values much faster the next time. See the Rebirths and Multipliers guide for full details.

Building Speed Efficiently

Two main methods exist for building speed:

  1. Active walking — Moving around the map, through stages, and across the keyboard key surfaces constantly increments speed.
  2. Treadmills — Passive grinding stations that accumulate speed for you while AFK. See the Treadmills guide for full details.

Tips

  • Do not sit idle — every moment spent walking is speed gained.
  • Use tapping movements (short key presses) for tight turns rather than holding a direction key; this prevents overshooting narrow platforms.
  • Zoom your camera out using the mouse wheel to get a wider view of upcoming obstacles and your speed-based trajectory.

Tips and Strategies

Core Progression Rules

1. Rebirth immediately. The moment the Rebirth option is available, take it. Every step you grind at a speed above the rebirth threshold — without actually rebirthing — is wasted time. A higher Multiplier makes the recovery climb far faster than the speed you gave up.

2. Build speed before attempting stages. Do not force a stage at a speed level that makes the obstacle timing nearly impossible. Use treadmills to reach a comfortable speed before each new stage attempt. Recommended Level requirements are accurate.

3. Spend Wins on Step Bonuses before Checkpoint Teleports. Step Bonuses improve your speed gain rate permanently and affect every future step. Checkpoint Teleports are a convenience that becomes less necessary as your speed grows. Upgrade farming efficiency first.

Movement Techniques

Tapping instead of holding for tight turns: On narrow platforms or sharp corners, use short taps of the movement key rather than holding it continuously. Holding a direction key while moving fast causes you to overshoot the turn. Tapping gives precise control over exactly how far you step.

Camera zoom: Zoom out the camera using the mouse wheel to get a wider view of the stage ahead. This is especially useful for:

  • Maze navigation (Stage 12 and similar sections)
  • Cloud platforming areas where spacing between platforms matters
  • High-speed sections where you need more reaction time

Stage-Specific Strategies

Stage 12 Maze: The maze contains a pursuing boss. If the boss catches you, you respawn. Memorize the safe path before entering the maze so you can navigate it quickly under pressure. The correct route is: right → left → right → left.

Wrecking Ball Sections: Wrecking balls swing in a fixed arc. Instead of timing a dodge through the arc, position your character at the edge of the wrecking ball's path — at sufficient speed, you can pass through the gap without engaging the ball mid-swing at all.

Cloud Platforming (Stages 13–15, World 1): These sections require approximately Level 100–120. Do not attempt them significantly below this range. Treadmill grind until you reach the recommended Level.

World 2 and Beyond

World 2 stages require Level 120+ to unlock and demand approximately 20 additional levels per stage (140 → 160 → 180 → 200+). The grind between stages is steep. Options for managing this:

  • Park on a high-tier treadmill between attempts for passive speed accumulation.
  • Stack rebirths to grow the permanent Multiplier.
  • Invest in Speed Multiplier game passes if the grind becomes a bottleneck — their compounding with Rebirth Multipliers makes them increasingly effective the further into the game you are.

Event Timing

Saturday Admin Abuse nights double all Wins acquisition. If you are planning a major Wins grind for Step Bonuses or have a large number of stages to clear, doing so on a Saturday night is significantly more efficient.

Trails

What Are Trails?

Trails are cosmetic items that display a visual effect behind your character as you move. In +1 Speed Keyboard Escape, trails are tied to speed progression and also carry gameplay-relevant bonuses at their higher tiers.

Trail Count and Availability

  • There are 13 trail items in total.
  • Standard trails are available for purchase with Robux.
  • Some variants — such as Easter trails — are currently offsale and no longer obtainable through normal means.

Infinity Trails — The High-Tier Exception

Higher-tier trails classified as Infinity Trails carry a 5 million speed boost multiplier. This multiplier:

  • Is one of the largest single speed bonuses available in the game
  • Persists through Rebirths — unlike raw Speed purchases, the Infinity Trail multiplier is not erased when you rebirth

Because the Infinity Trail multiplier survives rebirths and stacks with the Rebirth Multiplier and game pass Multipliers, Infinity Trails are considered one of the most efficient Robux investments for long-term progression. The visual cosmetic effect is secondary to this permanent speed benefit.

Summary

Trail TypeAvailabilitySpeed Bonus
Standard trails (13 total)Robux purchaseCosmetic only
Easter trail variantsOffsale — no longer obtainableCosmetic only
Infinity Trails (high-tier)Robux purchase+5,000,000 speed boost multiplier (persists through rebirths)

Treadmills

What Are Treadmills?

Treadmills are passive speed-farming stations available at most stages throughout the game. Placing your character on a treadmill accumulates Speed automatically, allowing you to gain speed while AFK (away from keyboard) without active play. They are the primary method for building speed without navigating obstacle stages.

Treadmill Types

There are five treadmill tiers, ranging from free to premium:

TreadmillCostSpeed Gain RateNotes
ChocolateFreeBase rateAvailable to all players from the start; no purchase required
GoldPaid upgradeFaster than ChocolatePurchased in-game
DiamondPaid upgradeFaster than GoldPurchased in-game
CandyPaid upgradeFaster than DiamondPurchased in-game
ADMINGame pass (Robux)Fastest availablePremium tier; significantly accelerates AFK farming

How to Use Treadmills

Stand on a treadmill and your Speed will increase passively. Higher-tier treadmills generate Speed faster, reducing the time needed to reach rebirth thresholds or level requirements for the next stage.

ADMIN Treadmill

The ADMIN Treadmill is the fastest passive farming option in the game, available as a game pass purchase with Robux. It considerably accelerates AFK grinding compared to any of the standard treadmill tiers. For players who want to progress while offline or idle, the ADMIN Treadmill is the most impactful premium purchase for raw speed accumulation.

Strategic Use

  • Use the Chocolate treadmill whenever you are idle — it costs nothing and generates speed continuously.
  • Upgrade to higher treadmill tiers when available to reduce the time between rebirths.
  • Treadmills are particularly valuable between stage attempts: rather than re-running earlier sections for speed, park on a treadmill and let speed accumulate passively.
  • Treadmill Speed does count toward rebirth thresholds, so AFK sessions can unlock rebirths without any active play.

Worlds and Stages

Overview

The game is divided into three Worlds, each with its own set of obstacle stages. Stages must be completed in order; finishing a stage earns Wins and advances your checkpoint. Every stage has a recommended Level requirement based on your speed milestone — ignoring these requirements makes stages significantly harder.

World 1

Theme: Candy-and-chocolate keyboard obby
Total Stages: 17
Unlock Requirement: Available from the start

World 1 is the introductory world and features steady difficulty scaling across its 17 stages. The early stages are manageable at low speed values, but later sections — particularly the cloud platforming areas — require meaningful speed investment.

Stage Breakdown

  • Stages 1–11: Standard obby obstacles with gradually increasing difficulty. Each stage is cleared by reaching the Win pad at the end.
  • Stage 12: Contains a maze section with a boss in pursuit. If the boss catches you, you respawn. The safe path through the maze is: right → left → right → left. Memorize this sequence before entering.
  • Stages 13–15 (Cloud Platforming): Require approximately Level 100–120 to clear reliably. The speed needed to navigate these airborne sections without falling is substantial.
  • Stages 16–17: Continue the elevated difficulty curve established by the cloud sections.

World 1 Tips

  • Build speed on treadmills between stage attempts rather than forcing progression at insufficient speed.
  • In Stage 12, learn the maze layout before the boss appears — panicking in the maze leads to wrong turns.
  • Camera zoom assists with judging distance on cloud platforming sections.

World 2

Unlock Requirement: Level 120
Total Stages: 4
Difficulty: Substantially harder than World 1

World 2 unlocks once a player reaches Level 120. Despite having only four stages, each one demands roughly 20 more levels than the previous:

StageRecommended Level
Stage 1 (W2)~140
Stage 2 (W2)~160
Stage 3 (W2)~180
Stage 4 (W2)200+

Progressing through World 2 requires significant grinding, repeated rebirths to stack Multiplier, or investment in game pass Multipliers.

World 3

Status: Recent content addition
Events: A World 3 event took place on June 27–28, 2026 (now completed)

World 3 is the most recently added content. Full stage details beyond the event window are not yet widely documented in community sources.

General Stage Tips

  • Wrecking ball sections: Position your character away from the arc of the wrecking balls. At high enough speed, you can pass through the gap without needing to dodge the balls mid-swing.
  • Respawning: Failing an obstacle sends you back to the start of that obstacle section, not the entire stage — use checkpoints to minimize lost progress.
  • Checkpoint Teleports (purchasable with Wins) allow skipping directly to a checkpoint on retry, saving travel time on longer stages.
