Admin Abuse Guide

1. Admin Abuse Events

Admin Abuse is a weekly developer-hosted event where SpyderSammy uses admin commands to spawn exclusive, high-value brainrots, Lucky Blocks, and rare traits across all servers simultaneously (including private servers). Events last 30–45 minutes.

These events are the only way to obtain certain exclusive items that cannot spawn during regular gameplay.

Admin Abuse Schedule

  • Saturday Update: Every Saturday at 3:00 PM ET (after the weekly content drop).
  • Taco Tuesday: Every Tuesday at 6:00 PM ET.

Always check the #bombardiro-news channel on the official Steal a Brainrot Discord for last-minute schedule updates: https://discord.com/invite/GCxZdgU9je

Admin Abuse Tips

  • Use private servers during Admin Abuse to avoid fighting for Lucky Blocks.
  • Missing Admin Abuse events consistently is the main reason players fall behind.
  • Admin Lucky Blocks, Los Lucky Blocks, Taco Lucky Blocks, and Los Taco Blocks only spawn during these events.
  • Certain exclusive traits like Granny, Fire, Rose, Nyan, Lightning, Fireworks, Glitched, Zombie, Disco, Crab Claw, and others are exclusively Admin Abuse traits.

Advanced Strategies Guide

1. Advanced Tips and Strategies

General Progression Path

  1. Fill your base with Epics from the conveyor belt.
  2. Push into Legendary through purchasing and stealing.
  3. Grind Mythics while attending every Admin Abuse event.
  4. Target Brainrot God and Secret units through crafting, Lucky Blocks, and events.
  5. Do not neglect $2.5B Secret brainrots (Chillin Chili, Chipso and Queso) – their income-to-cost ratio is strong while saving for $10B+ tier.

Timing Your Raids

  • Monitor multiple bases simultaneously.
  • Strike during owner distractions.
  • Always have an escape route planned.

Money Management

  • Reinvest profits into better tools and higher-tier brainrots.
  • Save extra cash for contested marketplace purchases.
  • Factor in potential theft losses when planning purchases.

Private Server Tips

  • Private servers offer 100% theft protection.
  • During Admin Abuse, use private servers to avoid competing for Lucky Blocks.
  • Great for rare spawn farming and ritual execution.

Server-Hopping

  • Fresh servers sometimes have better spawn availability for rare brainrots.
  • Useful when hunting specific Secret or higher-tier units.

Community and Alliances

  • Build strategic alliances with trusted players for co-op stealing.
  • Identify high-value targets and avoid unnecessary conflicts with overpowered players.
  • Discord communities and in-game groups often organize group farming sessions.

Index Completion

  • The game tracks brainrots you've owned at least once, even after selling.
  • Completionists can track 450+ unique brainrots without permanently holding expensive units.
  • Completing 75% of any mutation index (Default, Gold, Diamond, Rainbow) adds 0.5x to the cash multiplier and unlocks a base skin.

Beginner Guide

1. Game Overview

Steal a Brainrot is a competitive Roblox multiplayer game where players collect bizarre meme-based creatures called Brainrots, defend their personal bases, and steal from rivals to build the most profitable collection. The game combines passive income mechanics with PvP raiding in a shared world.

The core loop revolves around two activities:

  • Purchasing brainrots from the central Red Carpet marketplace (conveyor belt)
  • Stealing brainrots from other players' unlocked bases

Each brainrot placed in your base generates in-game cash per second. The goal is to maximize your income, climb the leaderboards, and collect the rarest units. The income range runs from $1/s for the cheapest Commons to $1B/s for OG-tier brainrots.

The game currently has over 450 unique collectible brainrots across 8 rarity tiers. New brainrots arrive through Saturday updates, seasonal events, and collaborations. Some are limited-time releases that become legacy items once their event ends.

2. Getting Started – First Steps

When you spawn into the game, you receive a personal base – your sanctuary and vault. Key things to understand immediately:

Base Lock System

  • Your base has a Lock Base button that triggers a 60-second cooldown timer. During this window your base is secured from theft.
  • Once the timer expires, any player can enter and attempt to steal from your collection.
  • Never leave valuable brainrots unattended when your base is about to unlock.

Friend Toggle

  • The friend toggle lets trusted allies bypass your laser security.
  • Warning: friends can steal from you too. Trust wisely.

First Income Strategy

  • Fill your base with the highest-tier brainrots you can afford from the Red Carpet.
  • Even Common and Rare brainrots help generate starting cash, but they are quickly replaced.
  • Epics are the last tier where the conveyor belt is a reliable primary source.

Marketplace (Red Carpet)

  • The central red carpet pathway displays rotating brainrot inventory on a conveyor belt.
  • Each item shows: rarity tier, money generation rate per second, and purchase price.
  • Act fast when you see something worthwhile – other players can snipe purchases mid-transaction.

Brainrot Rarity Guide

1. Brainrot Rarity System

Steal a Brainrot uses eight rarity tiers. Higher tiers have lower spawn rates, cost more, and generate significantly more cash per second.

TierSpawn Rate (Red Carpet)Income Range
Common40–100~$1/s
Rare15–30up to $75/s
Epic1–10$75/s–$325/s
Legendary0.3–1~$1.9K/s
Mythic0.05–0.2up to $18.5K/s
Brainrot God0.0001–0.03up to $317.5K/s
Secret0.0005–0.00000000000002up to $750M/s
OG0.00000000000000007 (Skibidi Toilet) to 0.00000000000000001 (Strawberry Elephant)up to $1B/s
Event-exclusiveN/A (limited time)varies

Notes on rarity:

  • "Rare" in the name is misleading for low-tier units – they spawn constantly and have no meaningful scarcity.
  • Mutations and traits can modify base income, so a well-rolled lower-tier brainrot can outperform a poorly rolled higher-tier one.
  • The game tracks brainrots you have owned at least once in the collection index, even after selling.

2. Brainrot Tier List (Best Brainrots to Target)

Rankings are based on income per second, exist count, acquisition difficulty, and return on investment.

Luck Mutations and Traits Guide

1. Luck Multipliers

Luck multipliers increase the odds of spawning rarer brainrots from the Red Carpet. They do NOT affect Lucky Block outcomes.

2. Mutations

Mutations multiply a brainrot's income and change its visual appearance. Each brainrot can have only one mutation at a time. There are currently 12 mutations in the game.

Full Mutations List

Gold1.25xRegular/daily (10% spawn chance)

Cyber11xCyber event

Best regular mutation: Rainbow (10x) – same income boost as Divine without requiring event timing.
Best overall mutation: Cyber (11x) – introduced in update 47, April 18, 2026.

Mutation Index Rewards

Each regular mutation (Default, Gold, Diamond, Rainbow) has its own index. Completing 75% of brainrots in the mutation index adds 0.5x to your cash multiplier and unlocks a corresponding base skin. The Divine mutation index requires 60% of all Divine brainrots.

3. Traits

Traits are permanent income boosters that stack on top of mutations. Unlike mutations, multiple traits can be stacked on a single brainrot regardless of rarity. Each trait adds a visual element and an income multiplier.

There are currently 54 traits in the game, spread across six categories:

  • OG traits (rarest, highest multipliers)
  • Seasonal traits (holidays and events)
  • Ritual-based traits
  • Country event traits
  • Admin Abuse exclusive traits
  • Natural weather traits

Income Formula with Mutations and Traits

Base income × (mutation multiplier + (trait multiplier#1 - 1) + (trait multiplier#2 - 1) + ...) = final income

Example 1: Horegini Boom with Diamond (1.5x) + Fire trait (6x):
$2.75M × (1.5 + (6 - 1)) = $17.875M

Example 2: Money Money Puggy with Yin Yang (7.5x) + Jack O'Lantern (5.5x) + Disco (5x) traits:
$21M × (7.5 + (5.5 - 1) + (5 - 1)) = $336M

Trait farming tips:

  • Farm traits on higher-rarity brainrots (since any rarity can receive a trait, OG brainrots benefit more from the same trait than Commons).
  • The fastest methods: Admin Abuse events, ritual events, and private servers.
  • Use high-value brainrots, coordinate with other players to maximize trait applications.

Lucky Blocks Guide

1. Lucky Blocks

Lucky Blocks are special loot-box items you can buy, find, or steal just like brainrots. After a timer, opening one gives a random brainrot from its reward pool. Lucky Blocks themselves do not generate income, but the brainrot you receive does.

Lucky Blocks can also have mutations and traits.

Important: Luck multipliers (2x, 5x, 10x, 20x) do NOT affect Lucky Block outcomes – the contents are determined independently.

Some countries (Belgium, Austria) have regional restrictions and Lucky Blocks don't appear in the Robux Shop due to local gambling regulations.

There are currently 13 Lucky Blocks in the game:

How to Rebirth

  1. Click the rebirth button on the left side of the screen (rotating arrows icon).
  2. Confirm you have the required cash and specified brainrot(s) in your base.
  3. Verify the reset. Your base clears, cash reduces to the bonus amount, and new rewards activate.

Important note: Any brainrots walking to your base at the time of rebirth will return to the Red Carpet. If another player is stealing your brainrot when you rebirth, that brainrot disappears.

Rebirth Tips

  • Farm required brainrots first, especially rare ones – cash is easier to earn later.
  • Rebirth as soon as you have the needed cash and brainrots; waiting too long only slows you down.
  • Back up existing brainrots to a secondary account before rebirthing.
  • Rebirth 2 and 10 are high priority – they unlock extra base floors.
  • Prioritize rebirths 1 through 10 before focusing on rare collection.
  • Use private servers for Red Carpet spawns, especially for Brainrot Gods and Secrets.
  • Don't rebirth while stolen brainrots are still walking to your base.
  • For levels 17 and 18, try trading or stealing since Secret spawns are extremely rare.
  • Participate in Admin Abuse events to get rare brainrots faster.

Rituals Guide

1. Rituals

Rituals are cooperative mechanics that require multiple players, specific brainrots, and exact formations to activate. They summon rarer brainrots, trigger special weather events, and unlock exclusive traits.

There are currently 10 confirmed rituals in the game.

Rules for Rituals

  • Successful rituals consume the brainrots used – you lose them permanently.
  • Failed rituals do NOT consume brainrots.
  • Both owned and stolen brainrots count toward ritual requirements.
  • Formation precision matters – misalignments can break the trigger.
  • All participants should use avatars with default proportions (non-default body shapes can interfere with spacing).
  • Set up a private server to avoid interference from other players.
  • Rituals cannot be done solo – at least two participants are always required.

Stealing Guide

1. Stealing Mechanics

Stealing is a core PvP mechanic that separates beginners from veterans.

How to Steal

  1. Wait for a target base to unlock (after the 60-second lock expires).
  2. Sprint past defensive players and laser security.
  3. Grab the target brainrot.
  4. Return successfully to your own base.

Failed theft attempts often result in getting trapped and knocked out by base owners.

Stealing Strategy Tips

  • Monitor multiple bases simultaneously.
  • Strike during owner distractions or when they are AFK.
  • Always plan an escape route before attempting a theft.
  • Stealing becomes genuinely worthwhile at Legendary tier and above.
  • Coordinating with other players for high-value targets is a legitimate strategy.
  • For Secret and OG brainrots, team up: one player distracts while another executes the steal, or multiple players attempt simultaneously.

Stolen Brainrots and Rituals

  • Both owned and stolen brainrots count toward ritual requirements.

Trading Guide

1. Trade Machine

The Trade Machine is an official in-game feature for exchanging brainrots directly and safely between two players. It was added following a community poll in which over 20,000 players voted in favor.

Before this feature, trading happened outside the game (usually Discord), making scams common.

Location

The Trade Machine is at the center of the map, positioned next to the Divine Spin, overlooking the conveyor belt.

How to Use the Trade Machine

  1. Approach the machine and press E to interact.
  2. Choose your trade partner via one of three methods:
    • Server tab – browse players in your current session.
    • Friends tab – invite someone from your friends list.
    • Search tab – find any player by their exact username.
  3. Click Send next to the player you want to trade with.
  4. Wait for acceptance; a new window opens with your offer on the left and theirs on the right.
  5. Select the brainrots you want to put up for exchange.
  6. Click Ready once both parties are satisfied. Both must click Ready before anything transfers.

Note: When using the Search function, enter the player's exact in-game username.

Trade Machine Features

  • Three screens: one for each player and a central display showing what's being exchanged.
  • A lever in the middle finalizes the deal.
  • Completely transparent – both parties always know exactly what they're agreeing to.
  • Works identically to the trade system in the game Escape Tsunami.

Trade Machine Worldwide

Players can also send trade requests to players worldwide, not just those on the same server.

2. Trading Values (Real-Money Market)

Steal a Brainrot has an active real-money trading market. Trading value is determined by:

  1. Rarity and exist count – fewer copies in existence = higher value.
  2. Income per second – higher earners command more.
  3. Mutations and traits – stacked multipliers multiply value dramatically.
  4. Event exclusivity – unobtainable brainrots hold premium value.

What Affects Trading Value

  • Game updates – nerfed units lose value; their replacements gain value.
  • Limited-time events – scarcity drives prices up for event-exclusives.
  • Community hype – streamers and YouTubers featuring specific brainrots can trigger demand spikes.
  • Mutations and traits – a well-stacked brainrot can be worth many times more than a base version.

Timing the Market

  • Buy right after a new update drops (supply increases, prices dip).
  • Sell during hype cycles or when a brainrot gets buffed.
  • Avoid buying at peak hype – prices usually stabilize lower within a week or two.
  • Trading during off-peak hours can net better deals.

3. Avoiding Scams

The trading scene is packed with scammers. Key red flags:

  • No reputation or vouches – legitimate traders have transaction history and community vouches.
  • Pressure to trade immediately – scammers rush to prevent verification.
  • Requests for account access – never share login credentials, even temporarily.
  • Prices way below market value – if it seems too good to be true, it is.

Safe trading practices:

  • Use the in-game Trade Machine whenever possible (no out-of-game risk).
  • Use middleman services or escrow systems for out-of-game trades.
  • Never send payment first unless the seller has extensive verified history.
  • Screenshot all conversations and transaction details.
  • Stick to established trading communities with moderator oversight.
