  • Console: Down on the D-Pad
  • Mobile: Press the Aura button

Beginner Guide

1. Game Overview

Blox Fruits is an anime-inspired MMORPG on Roblox, heavily influenced by the One Piece universe. Players choose to be a Pirate or Marine and sail across multiple seas, completing quests, defeating enemies and bosses, and acquiring powerful abilities through "Blox Fruits" (Devil Fruits), swords, guns, and fighting styles. The current maximum level is 2,550, distributed across three distinct "Seas." Each sea is unlocked by meeting level and quest requirements.

The three main currencies are:

  • Beli (Money) — used for weapons, fruits, fighting styles, accessories
  • Fragments — used for awakening fruits, advanced fighting styles, race upgrades
  • Valor — used in specific PvP-related contexts

2. Getting Started — First Choices

Pirate vs. Marine

At the very start, you must choose a side. This does not lock you in permanently — you can switch sides every time you load into the game.

  • Marines: Ships cost 50% less (major early-game advantage for island travel). You can collect bounties. You earn Honor.
  • Pirates: Can form crews at level 300. Can earn Bounty by defeating players.

Recommended for beginners: Start as a Marine to save Beli on ships, then switch to Pirate once you understand the systems.

Starter Island

Both Pirate and Marine Starter Islands are level 5 (Elemental immunity activates at Lv. 2). You begin by:

  1. Talking to the Bandit Quest Giver (Pirate) or Marine Leader (Marine) — these offer repeatable quests rewarding Beli and XP.
  2. Defeating 5 Bandits/Recruits for your first quest ($350 + 300 XP).
  3. Purchasing a starter sword from the Sword Dealer NPC (Katana or Cutlass).
  4. Acquiring a boat from the Boat Dealer at the pier (free Dinghy, or purchasable Sloop for faster travel).

Key Early Purchases (Frozen Village — Ability Teacher)

At around level 90, head to the Ability Teacher in a secret cave on Frozen Village:

  • Aura (Haki) — $25,000 — lets you damage Elemental fruit users and reduces damage taken
  • Air Jump — multiple jumps; essential for combat and movement
  • Flash Step — short-range teleport
  • Total cost: ~$135,000. These abilities remain relevant through endgame.

Equipment & Inventory

  • Weapons are equipped via Menu > Items > Equip
  • Special attacks are mapped to Z, X, C, V
  • Each weapon has a Mastery bar — defeating enemies with a weapon raises mastery, unlocking special moves
  • Stat resets cost Fragments or Robux — plan your build carefully

Swimming Warning

Swimming while holding an equipped (uneaten) Blox Fruit gradually drains health. Using a boat eliminates this problem. If you die or leave the game while carrying an uneaten fruit, you will lose it (unless you have the Fruit Storage Game Pass).

Attacks:

  • Flying slash projectile at long range
  • Slash burst when player gets close
  • Slam/teleport attack

Strategy: Use long-range moves; his attacks are easily avoidable by staying at distance. Elemental immunity does not work on Diamond (he is a boss).

Dangerous Sea Guide

1. The Dangerous Sea & Sea Events

What is the Dangerous Sea?

The Dangerous Sea is a special zone located far from the islands. It contains Sea Events and various NPCs. Entering it triggers the Sea Danger Level mechanic, displayed around the player's compass. The danger level rises the farther from land you travel.

Sea Danger Levels

LevelNameWhat Spawns
0NoneRocks, Treasure Island (gold/diamond/fragment chests), very rare Shark, extremely rare Sea Beast, extremely rare Mirage Island
1Low1–3 Sharks, very rare Sea Beasts, small chance of Ship Raids and Haunted Ship Raids, Rumbling Waters possible, extremely rare Mirage Island
2MediumTerrorsharks can rarely spawn, Treasure Islands, Ship Raids, Sea Beasts. Best for farming Mutant Teeth and Terror Eyes.
3HighTerrorsharks more common, Rough Sea begins, 2–3 Piranhas can spawn
4ExtremeTerrorshark damage and spawn rate increase, Haunted Ship Raids, higher Mirage Island chance. End of "farm zone." Recommended for Shark Anchor farming.
5CrazyMultiple Sea Beasts (every 4–10 min), very hard. Recommended for 3+ players.
6????Screen darkens and distorts (reducible with Kitsune Mask). Sea Beasts every 2–5 minutes. Leviathan can spawn (via Frozen Dimension event). Kitsune Island spawns during a full moon. Prehistoric Island can spawn. Recommended only for Leviathan hunts with 6+ players.

Sea Events

Non-Enemy Events:

  • Mirage Island — rare spawning island with special rewards
  • Treasure Island — spawns with gold/diamond/fragment chests
  • Rough Sea — storm with lightning strikes; damages the boat
  • Frozen Dimension — triggers the Leviathan spawn
  • Kitsune Island — only during Full Moon or Blue Moon, at Danger Level 6+

Enemy Events:

  • Sharks — basic sea enemies
  • Piranhas — appear at Danger Level 3+
  • Sea Beasts — major enemies; excellent money and item drops
  • Ship Raid — pirate ships attack
  • Haunted Ship Raid — undead variant of Ship Raid

Raid Events:

  • Terrorshark — primary raid boss of the Dangerous Sea; drops Shark Teeth, Terror Eyes, Mutant Teeth, and chance for Shark Anchor (via Monster Magnet method). Grows significantly stronger at higher danger levels.

Special Events:

  • Haunted Shipwreck — includes Ghost Ship Raid
  • Prehistoric Island — includes Volcano Event; spawnable at Danger Level 6 with a Volcanic Magnet

Dangerous Sea Loadouts

Races (best to worst for Dangerous Sea):

  1. Human — insane damage at V4 (Limit Break). V3 requires low HP which can be risky.
  2. Draco — good for teaming; high damage. May cause lag.
  3. Ghoul — health regeneration and life leech; good cooldown reduction.
  4. Shark — immune to sea damage at V2+; V3/V4 grant high damage reduction. No mobility/damage buffs.

Fruits (best for Dangerous Sea):

  • Dragon — best M1 damage against Leviathan; considered best Dangerous Sea fruit by the community. Hard to obtain (Mythical, $15,000,000 or 5,000 Robux).
  • Magma (awakened) — high AoE damage, more accessible (Rare, $960,000 / 1,300 Robux; awakening costs 14,500 Fragments).
  • Buddha (awakened) — strong defensive option; excellent for Sea Beast hunting.

Dangerous Sea Tactics

Solo: High-damage fruit (Dragon, awakened Magma), Life Leech accessories, stay mobile. Avoid Danger Level 5+ without a group.

Duo: Divide responsibilities — one player tanks, one deals damage. One can focus on boat integrity during Rough Sea.

Group (3+): Recommended for Danger Level 5–6. Have one player with stun moves to lock down Terrorsharks. Multiple Sea Beasts may spawn simultaneously at Level 5–6.

First Sea Leveling Guide

1. Leveling Guide — First Sea (Lv. 1–700)

General Tips

  • The max level cap is 2,550.
  • Use 2x EXP codes when available (check Codes page on the wiki).
  • Use a Private Server for efficient grinding, especially in Third Sea where bounty hunters are active.
  • Knockback slows grinding significantly — use abilities without heavy knockback on large groups.
  • Boss Hopping: server-hop to find servers with bosses already spawned; boss quests give extra EXP, money, and mastery.
  • Elemental fruit users: use Light in First Sea (fast flight + low Elemental immunity requirement).
  • Switch to Buddha upon entering Second Sea (level 775+ or as soon as you reach Second Sea).
  • PvP is not recommended before max level — it gives no grinding benefits and is difficult until you have strong gear.

Fruits Guide

1. Fruits (Blox Fruits)

Fruits are the primary source of supernatural abilities. There are three types:

  • Elemental — grant immunity to most regular attacks (at a certain level threshold), excellent for grinding
  • Natural — versatile with AoE, stun, and damage over time effects
  • Beast — transform the player's form, wide M1 range, often excellent in PvE

Fruit Tier List

TierFruits
SRumble, Dragon, Magma, Ice, Buddha, Mammoth, Portal, Leopard, Dark, Dough
ASpirit, Kitsune, Venom, Light, Flame, Shadow, Spider, T-Rex, Sound, Gas, Yeti, Sand
BControl, Blade, Phoenix, Gravity, Quake, Love, Blizzard
CFalcon, Pain, Rubber, Spike, Ghost
DSmoke, Rocket, Barrier, Bomb, Spin
FSpring, Diamond

How to Obtain Fruits

Random World Spawn: Fruits spawn randomly across islands every 60 minutes and despawn after 20 minutes if uncollected. The Fruit Notifier Game Pass highlights them.

Blox Fruit Dealer: Located on most main islands. Sells specific fruits currently in stock. Stock rotates every 4 hours. Prices vary by rarity. Some rare fruits may occasionally be unavailable.

Blox Fruit Gacha (Primo): Available from level 50, on Jungle Island (above the temple). Costs Beli or Robux for a random fruit spin. Cost increases with your level.

Direct Purchase: When you get a fruit, you can choose to Eat it (equip immediately) or Store it in your inventory (requires Fruit Storage Game Pass). Direct purchases auto-equip without a storage option.

Best Fruits for Grinding

  • Buddha (V1/V2) — current meta for grinding. Massively increases M1 attack range and provides 55% damage reduction in V2. Excellent against any enemy type.
  • Magma — top AoE damage, great for hitting groups. One of the best for open-world grinding.
  • Light — best for First Sea due to fast flight for travel, low Elemental immunity level requirements.

Elemental Immunity Mechanic

Elemental fruits grant immunity to regular attacks from players and NPCs at certain level thresholds (see Elemental page on wiki for exact levels). This immunity does not work on bosses. NPCs that use Aura can break Elemental immunity.

2. Fruit Awakening

Awakening significantly upgrades a fruit's moves and power. Awakening is done by spending Fragments (earned from raids, sea events, etc.) at the Raid King NPC.

Currently Awakenable Fruits (12 total)

  1. Phoenix
  2. Dough
  3. Rumble
  4. Spider
  5. Buddha
  6. Quake
  7. Magma
  8. Light
  9. Dark
  10. Ice
  11. Flame
  12. Sand

Awakened Buddha (V2) Notes

  • 8× larger hitbox than V1
  • 55% overall damage reduction
  • Recommended: reach max level without switching away from Buddha. Switch to a PvP fruit (e.g., Leopard, Dough) after reaching levels 2,200–2,550 if focusing on PvP.

3. How to Awaken Fruits — Full Guide

Awakening a Fruit improves each of its abilities and the duration they can be used. You cannot fully awaken a Fruit all at once — individual abilities are unlocked one at a time, each costing Fragments. There are 12 awakenable Fruits in total.

Requirements

  • Minimum player level 1,100
  • Enough Beli to buy a Raid Chip (100,000 Beli per chip — only one chip can be bought every 2 hours)
  • Enough Fragments to purchase the awakenings (earned by completing raids)
  • The Fruit you want to awaken must be equipped

Step 1 — Buy a Raid Chip

Find the Mysterious Scientist NPC. He is located in a hidden room inside the large building on the Cold side of Hot and Cold Island in the Second Sea. To access him:

  1. Enter the large building on the Cold island.
  2. Go to the back wall with four large monitors.
  3. Use the interactive pads beneath the monitors to set the colour sequence to: Red, Blue, Green, Blue.
  4. A secret entrance opens to the left of the monitors, next to the red and green wires.
  5. Follow the corridor and climb the ladder. The Mysterious Scientist is at the top.

A second Mysterious Scientist is also found inside the Castle on the Sea in the Third Sea.

Purchase the Raid Chip for the specific Fruit you want to awaken (100,000 Beli each).

Step 2 — Start a Raid

  1. Enter one of the dark blue capsules on either side of the Mysterious Scientist.
  2. Press the green button next to the capsule.
  3. A Loading map... message appears and you are teleported to the raid.

Only the host needs a Raid Chip — up to 3 other players can join without one. Other players do not need to be level 1,100 either.

Step 3 — Complete the Raid

Each raid has 5 islands to clear with waves of enemies. The final island features a boss. Complete all waves within the time limit. If you die during the raid, you receive no Fragments.

Using Buddha fruit is widely recommended for raids due to its damage reduction making it much harder to die.

Step 4 — Purchase the Awakening

After completing the raid you are teleported to a room with the Mysterious Entity NPC. Interact with it to purchase individual ability awakenings for the Fruit you completed the raid with. Awaken moves in this order: Z → X → C → V → F.

Phoenix — Advanced Raid

Phoenix requires an Advanced Raid (harder than standard). To unlock it:

  1. Reach 400 Mastery on the Phoenix Fruit.
  2. Find the Sick Scientist in Cake Land (Third Sea).
  3. Purchase an advanced raid chip for 1,000 Fragments or a fruit worth $1,000,000 Beli.
  4. After your first purchase from the Sick Scientist, the Mysterious Scientist also begins selling advanced chips.

4. Buddha Fruit — Cost & Overview

  • Rarity: Legendary
  • Type: Beast
  • Purchase price: $1,200,000 Beli, or 1,650 Robux
  • Purchased from: Blox Fruit Dealer (stock-dependent)
  • Awakening cost: 14,500 Fragments (at Raid King NPC)

What it does: Transforms the player into a giant golden Buddha figure. Greatly increases the range of basic melee and sword attacks (M1 attacks). Provides a 55% overall damage reduction in awakened V2 form. Does not grant Elemental immunity. Its own fruit moves are not recommended for grinding — the value is in the expanded M1 range and the defense buff.

Grinding Guide

1. Grinding Tips & Strategies

Best Setup for Grinding

  • Best Fruit: Buddha (especially V2). Huge M1 range, 55% damage reduction. Use melee/sword for damage. Do not use Buddha's own fruit moves for grinding — they are inefficient.
  • Best Fighting Style: With Buddha, use Melee or Sword (Sword if you have a good one for slightly longer range).
  • Best Race: For grinding, Human is simplest (few downsides). Ghoul is excellent with Buddha due to passive Life Leech (heals from M1 hits). Shark is good for Dangerous Sea content.
  • Ghoul Mask and Ghoul race together allow soloing raids and bosses much earlier than normal.

Grouping Enemies

  • Group as many enemies together as possible before attacking to maximize hit efficiency.
  • Air Jump is crucial — most NPCs cannot hit you while airborne, allowing safe AoE attacks.
  • If enemies have knockback-heavy moves, find the optimal distance to minimize it.

Server Hopping

Leaving a server and joining a new one resets boss and chest respawns. Useful for:

  • Farming bosses quickly (especially Vice Admiral at Marine Fortress — weak, short respawn, high Beli reward)
  • Farming chests ($13,000 per chest max)
  • Finding Legendary Sword Dealer in Second Sea

Private Servers

Highly recommended for grinding. Free private server links are available on the Blox Fruits Wiki Private Servers page. Essential in Third Sea past level 1,950 to avoid bounty hunters.

2x EXP Codes

Check the wiki Codes page regularly. Apply 2x EXP codes just before killing a difficult enemy or finishing a large group for maximum value. Bonus is particularly valuable when farming Galley Pirates at Fountain City.

Overnight / AFK Grinding

  • Set autoclicker interval to no less than 1.2 seconds (1,200ms) for most swords/styles with forward movement.
  • Dragon Breath: minimum 1.15 seconds (1,150ms)
  • Dragon Trident: minimum 1.5 seconds (1,500ms)
  • Pole (2nd Form): minimum 1.5 seconds (1,500ms)

Cheesing Bosses

Many bosses can be cheesed by exploiting wall geometry:

  • Lure boss into a building or behind a wall
  • Attack through the wall with ranged or AoE moves
  • Boss cannot path back over ledges (e.g., Vice Admiral at Marine Fortress, Chief Warden at Prison)

Mechanics Guide

1. Miscellaneous Mechanics

Day/Night Cycle

Days in Blox Fruits last approximately a certain real-time duration. The in-game day/night cycle affects certain mechanics:

  • Ghoul race receives a speed boost at night
  • Kitsune Island spawns during Full Moon or Blue Moon events in the Dangerous Sea (at Danger Level 6+)
  • Cursed Captain raid boss only spawns at night on the Cursed Ship

Compass System

The compass icon shows the way to level-appropriate quest areas. Click the compass and select Track on any island to create a green diamond marker pointing toward that location.

The compass also shows your current Sea Danger Level when in the Dangerous Sea.

Quest System

Every island follows the same quest structure:

  1. Find the quest giver NPC
  2. Accept quest for a specific enemy type and count
  3. Defeat the required enemies
  4. Return to quest giver for XP and Beli rewards
  5. Repeat until you outlevel the island

The compass turns red when you've reached the minimum level for the next island's quests. Boss quests grant additional EXP and money over regular quests.

Instinct (Observation Haki)

Instinct is purchased from an NPC at Upper Skylands for $750,000. It allows you to auto-dodge some incoming attacks and detect invisible enemies. It is considered essential from Magma Village onward, since many NPCs spawn with Aura (which breaks Elemental immunity) and can only be reliably countered with Instinct or Chop.

Master of Auras

The Master of Auras NPC can apply cosmetic Aura color changes to your character. This is a cosmetic feature that does not affect combat.

Fragments

Fragments are earned by:

  • Completing raids
  • Defeating Sea Beasts and Sea Event enemies
  • Rolling at Death King (with Bones)

Fragments are used for:

  • Awakening fruits (at Raid King NPC)
  • Purchasing advanced fighting styles (Electric Claw, Dragon Talon, Godhuman, etc.)
  • Race upgrades (Cyborg, V4 awakening)

Colosseum Quest

Required to access the Legendary Sword Dealer (for True Triple Katana, Saddi, Wando, Shisui). Requires minimum level 850. The combination for starting the quest is found on a table near the bed in Don Swan's Mansion (accessible after reaching level 1,000 and completing Colosseum Quest once). Defeating Don Swan for the first time also unlocks the Guardian (prerequisite for race V3).

Titles

Titles are cosmetic player labels earned through in-game achievements. They are equipped via the main menu. The exact process to equip titles: go into the menu and find the Titles section; select any title you have earned and click Equip.

Fruit Storage Game Pass

This paid Game Pass allows players to store extra Blox Fruits in inventory rather than losing an uneaten fruit on death or disconnect. Without this pass, you can only hold one uneaten fruit at a time.

Fruit Notifier Game Pass

Highlights and notifies you when a Blox Fruit spawns in the world, making natural-spawn hunting far more efficient.

2x Money Game Pass

Doubles all Beli earned from enemies, bosses, and Sea Beasts. Dramatically improves the efficiency of Sea Beast farming.

Guide compiled from multiple community sources. The game receives regular updates — some details (costs, drop rates, NPC locations) may change with patches.

Candy is a limited-time currency available only during Christmas Events.

How to obtain:

  • Killing enemies: 25% chance to drop 1 Candy
  • Killing bosses: 100% chance, dropping 9–13 Candy

What Candy is used for:

  • Trading with seasonal NPCs for boosts, cosmetics, and Fragments
  • Unlocking exclusive festive Titles, including "Sugar Rush", "Christmas Spirit", and "Loco Verde"

4. Titles — How to Equip

Titles are cosmetic labels displayed on your character, obtained through in-game achievements, events (e.g., Candy can unlock Christmas titles), and other methods.

To equip or change a Title, interact with the Title Specialist NPC. There are two spawn locations:

Location 1 — Cafe (Second Sea):

  1. Head to the Cafe in the Kingdom of Rose, Second Sea.
  2. Collect the chest found behind the counter — it disappears and reveals a ladder to the basement.
  3. Go down the ladder and interact with the Title Specialist in the basement.

Location 2 — Mansion (Third Sea):

  1. Head to the Mansion on Floating Turtle Island, Third Sea.
  2. Go inside; turn right and walk until you reach the Title Specialist.

5. Day/Night Cycle

The in-game day/night cycle is called the Nychthemeron.

  • Total cycle length: ~20 minutes real time
  • Day period: ~10 minutes
  • Night period: ~10 minutes

The moon phase during the night period can be tracked to determine when Full Moon or Blue Moon events occur (relevant for Kitsune Island spawning in the Dangerous Sea at Danger Level 6+).

Mechanics affected by day/night cycle:

  • Ghoul race receives +30% run speed bonus during night
  • Ghoul V4's Domain Expansion passive (night-only passives) becomes day-available only after V4 is obtained
  • Cursed Captain raid boss on the Cursed Ship only spawns at night
  • Kitsune Island spawns only during a Full Moon or Blue Moon in the Dangerous Sea (Danger Level 6+)
  • Certain enemies may behave differently at night (e.g., some NPCs appear only at night)

Money Guide

1. Money (Beli) — How to Earn Fast

Overview

Money (Beli) is one of the three main currencies. Used to purchase weapons, accessories, fruits, abilities, and fighting styles. Maximum storable amount: $1,000,000,000.

Money Earning Methods

  • Defeating enemies and bosses
  • Completing raids
  • Completing sea events
  • Completing quests
  • Collecting chests (up to $13,000 per chest)
  • Trading with other players
  • Purchasing with Robux (2x Money Game Pass doubles all earnings)

Best Money-Making Methods

Server Hopping (Bosses): Jump servers after defeating a boss to reset its respawn. The Vice Admiral at Marine Fortress is most efficient: low health, no powerful skills, short respawn.

Server Hopping (Chests): Hopping between servers to repeatedly open chests without waiting for respawns.

Killing Sea Beasts: Found in Second and Third Seas. Drop $60,000–$250,000 per kill (more with the 2x Money Game Pass). Third Sea Sea Beasts spawn more frequently, especially at higher Danger Levels in the Dangerous Sea.

Races Guide

1. Races

Races are randomly assigned at character creation. Rerolling costs Robux or specific items. Races have upgrade tiers: V1, V2, V3, and V4 (Race Awakening).

Race Rankings (Best to Worst for general use)

  1. Shark — best water and defense abilities; immune to sea damage at V2+; V3 grants high damage reduction; V4 grants very high damage reduction. Easy to obtain and use.
  2. Angel — balanced offense and defense; V4 grants exceptional healing, damage, and combo-breaking.
  3. Cyborg — 30% defense boost at V3; unique lightning AoE ability at V3. Requires time to master.
  4. Human — exclusive flash step ability; good for entering/exiting battles. Insane damage while V4 is active (Limit Break).
  5. Draco — 5% health boost + damage reduction base; unique flight ability at V3+. Can cause lag on weak devices.
  6. Ghoul — 25% Life Leech (heals 25% of melee damage dealt); useful at night (speed boost); good cooldown reduction. Recommended for Buddha grinders. Obtain via Hellfire Torch drop from Cursed Captain or Cursed Ship enemies (Ectoplasm).
  7. Rabbit — pure speed; V1/V2/V3 all provide speed increases; Agility dash ability. Best for purely mobility-focused builds.

How to Get the Cyborg Race

  1. Obtain a Fist of Darkness — 2.5% drop from Sea Beast (Second or Third Sea), or found in chests.
  2. Head to Hot and Cold island (Second Sea), hot side. Enter the secret entrance at the top of the stone structure.
  3. Go down the ramp, walk into the dark blue capsule, and click the green button outside. A message appears asking for a Core Brain.
  4. Purchase a Microchip (1,000 Fragments) from the Arithmetic NPC in the building on the hot island (rear entrance, top).
  5. Use the Microchip to start the Order raid — return to the stone building, enter the capsule, click green button again.
  6. Defeat the Order raid boss — drops a Core Brain at 5% chance. May require multiple raids.
  7. Equip the Core Brain, return to the capsule, click the green button one final time. A hidden staircase opens.
  8. Go down the staircase and interact with the second capsule. Purchase Cyborg race for 2,500 Fragments.

Race Upgrades

  • V2: Unlocked by defeating Greybeard (First Sea, Marine Fortress, spawns every 6 hours, level 750) or specific bosses per sea.
  • V3: Requires completing specific quests (V3 Upgrader/Arowe at Flower Hill, Kingdom of Rose, through secret door under Diamond boss).
  • V4 (Race Awakening): Requires Sea Beast hunting in the Dangerous Sea and completing specific conditions per race.

2. Ghoul Race — Full Details

The Ghoul race is one of only two races not randomly assigned at character creation (the other being Cyborg). It must be purchased from the Experimic NPC for 100 Ectoplasm and a Hellfire Torch.

Ghoul Race Stages

V1:

  • Slightly increased health regeneration
  • 30% run speed increase during night periods
  • Character gains black horns (cosmetic)

V2:

  • Life Leech unlocked: heals your character for 25% of damage dealt to another player using a fighting style; heals 5% if damage is dealt to an NPC

V3:

  • Heightened Senses ability unlocked: lasts 8 seconds, cooldown 25 seconds. Increases character damage by 5%, defense by 15%, and speed by 10%. Also allows use of moves when cooldown is at 40%.
  • Horn length increases (cosmetic)

V4 (Race Awakening): Once V4 is obtained (requires completing the Trial of Carnage), a randomly selected gear is awarded. To collect all available gears, complete the Trial of Carnage at least 4 times. Available gears:

  • Ancient Powers — grants max stats + 10% increase in speed, damage, and healing
  • Blood Siphon — enables Life Leech on all attacks (not just fighting style moves)
  • Domain Expansion — creates a dark field around the character, decreasing opponents' health regen speed and applying partial blindness to enemies; all night-only passive abilities become available during daytime too

Stats and Builds Guide

1. Stats System & Builds

Each level grants 3 stat points across five categories:

StatEffect
MeleeIncreases base punch damage and expands the Energy pool
DefenseIncreases max Health and reduces damage taken
Blox FruitIncreases Blox Fruit ability damage
SwordIncreases damage from equipped swords
GunIncreases damage from ranged weapons (niche/late-game)

Recommended Early Build (Lv. 1–100)

  • 40% Blox Fruit (main damage)
  • 30% Defense (survivability)
  • 30% Melee (energy pool for abilities)

Buddha User Build

  • If using awakened Buddha: put 65–80% into Melee and 35–20% into Defense. Do not invest in Blox Fruit stat — Buddha's moves are not efficient for grinding; it's the M1 attack range expansion and defense that matter.
  • Recommended stat pattern each level-up: 2 points Melee, 1 point Defense. Once Melee is maxed, put remaining into Defense or Sword.

Elemental Fruit Build

  • ~25% into Defense and Melee each, ~50% into Blox Fruit for maximum ability damage.

Natural / Beast Fruit Build

  • Timing and grouping are essential. Use Air Jump to levitate and aim at groups. Minimize knockback by attacking from optimal distances.

Once you have all three swords at 300 Mastery, find the Mysterious Man NPC at the top of the largest beanstalk in the Green Zone. Purchase the True Triple Katana for $2,000,000.

Movesets: Wolf Fang Rush, Dragon Hurricane. Both can damage Sea Beasts. Good combos and stun capabilities.

Cursed Dual Katana (Mythical)

Requirements: minimum level 2,200, 350 Mastery on both Tushita and Yama swords.

Step 1 — Complete the Cursed Dual Katana Puzzles:

Head to Floating Turtle Island (Third Sea). Find the Crypt Master at the left side of the base of the building behind the Mansion. Interact to open a gate on the opposite side of the building. Inside are two scrolls on pedestals: left = Tushita puzzles, right = Yama puzzles.

Tushita Puzzles:

  1. Docks Legend — Interact with boat dealers at 3 different islands, selecting the 'Pardon Me' option at each.
  2. Sense of Duty — Complete a Pirate Raid at the Castle on the Sea (center of Third Sea).
  3. Soulless — Defeat the Cake Queen (Ice Cream Island, Sea of Treats). You will be teleported to the Heaven Dimension. Light 3 torches near spawn (on rocks). Defeat enemies that spawn near each torch. Return to scroll room and interact with Tushita scroll again to burn it.

Yama Puzzles:

  1. Pain and Suffering — Take at least 10,000 damage from any enemy with the Yama sword equipped.
  2. Haze of Misery — A fog covers your screen when accepted. Find and defeat all NPCs marked with a purple circle across Third Sea islands and the Yama room.
  3. Fear the Reaper — Summon the Soul Reaper using a Hallow Essence. Allow it to kill you — you'll be teleported to the Hell Dimension. Light 3 torches. Defeat spawned enemies. Enter the portal that appears. Return to scroll room and burn the Yama scroll.

Step 2 — Defeat the Skeleton Boss:
After burning both scrolls, interact with the pedestal at the center of the back wall. Walk through the gate behind it. Defeat the Cursed Skeleton Boss — it drops the Cursed Dual Katana upon death.

Movesets: Revolving Ravager, Slayer of Goliath.

Shark Anchor (Legendary — S Tier)

Crafting a Monster Magnet:
From the Shark Hunter NPC at Tiki Outpost (Third Sea), craft a Monster Magnet using: 2 Terror Eyes, 8 Electric Wings, 20 Fool's Gold, 10 Shark Teeth.

Getting the Shark Anchor:
Go to the Third Sea. Find areas at Sea Danger Level 2–6 (far from main islands). Drop the Monster Magnet in the ocean to attract an Anchor Terrorshark. Defeat it — it drops the Shark Anchor sword.

Movesets: Typhoon Toss, Armor Breaker. Legendary rarity, high damage, weathered exterior with golden accents.
