Sonic Speed Simulator is a racing and speed-building game where you play as Sonic characters, build up your speed stat, and race through courses. Speed Training Speed is the core stat in Sonic Speed Simulator. Train consistently in speed zones appropriate to your current level. Higher-level training zones give more speed per session but are locked until you meet their requirements. Push to unlock the next training zone as your primary progression goal. Character Selection Each Sonic character has different base speed and passive abilities. Some characters accelerate faster at the start of a race while others maintain higher top speeds. Match your character choice to whether you prefer sprint-style races or longer endurance tracks. Race Strategy During races, cutting corners efficiently is more valuable than raw top speed. Learn the optimal racing line on each track — the path that lets you maintain maximum speed through curves by minimizing how much you need to slow down. A slower character on the ideal line often beats a faster character taking inefficient paths. Chaos Emeralds Collecting Chaos Emeralds unlocks Super Sonic transformations that provide temporary but significant speed boosts. Find and collect them when you have the opportunity — the speed increase during transformation is large enough to swing race outcomes. Rebirth System Rebirthing resets your speed but multiplies future gains. The optimal rebirth timing is when your multiplier from rebirthing is large enough that you'll return to your current speed faster than continuing to grind. Rebirthing multiple times compounds the multipliers significantly.
