Project Slayers is a Demon Slayer-inspired RPG where you choose between becoming a Demon Slayer or a Demon, master breathing techniques or Blood Demon Arts, and fight through progressively harder content. Demon vs Slayer Choice The path you choose at the start determines your progression mechanics. Slayers use Breathing techniques with high damage and utility. Demons use Blood Demon Arts with powerful area attacks and passive regeneration. Both paths are viable — choose based on your preferred playstyle rather than tier rankings, as both are competitive with equal investment. Breathing Techniques Slayers unlock Breathing techniques through training and quest completion. Each Breathing style has a unique move set and stat focus. Water Breathing is widely recommended as a starting style due to its balanced move set. Sun Breathing is the strongest endgame option but requires significant prerequisite completion. Blood Demon Art Demons gain Blood Demon Art abilities by training and consuming enough human NPCs. High-level Blood Demon Arts have powerful area attacks that excel in both PvE farming and PvP. Spider Blood Demon Art and Upper Moon Arts are among the strongest in the current meta. Farming Strategy Level-appropriate NPC quests provide the best experience-to-time ratio for progression. Avoid fighting enemies significantly above your current level — the reduced experience from the difficulty penalty and higher death rate make it less efficient than grinding appropriately-leveled content. Clan System Your Clan provides passive stat bonuses that compound over time. Rerolling your Clan costs in-game currency, and high-tier Clans provide meaningful advantages. Rolled a weak Clan early? Consider rerolling before investing heavily in upgrades, since Clan bonuses affect everything you do.
